When did you open for business? We were founded in 1978 by our managing director and have gone from strength to strength.
Where are you located? We are located in North London in central Crouch End. We are located directly behind Waitrose and Budgens just off Crouch Hall Road.
Do you use genuine parts: We do use genuine parts are OE (original equipment) parts for use on our customers vehicles.
Do you carry out electrical work? Yes we do, all of our technicians are trained vehicle electricians.
Do you have a bodyhsop? Yes we do! And ours is located on our premises. Many if not all main dealers do not have their own bodyshops and sub let your car to a bodyshop miles away. We work on your vehicles inside our own premises and you are more than welcome to see your car being worked on at any stage.
Do you carry out Insurance work? Yes we do! Most insurers will bully you into believing that you must go with their approved repairer. This is simply not the case. It is your perogative to take the car where you want to. For insurance work we only use genuine parts and insist on this with your insurer.
Do you provide courtesy cars? Yes we do! We provide courtesy cars for bodywork repairs without charge.
Can you carry out a diagnostic test while I wait? Yes we can carry out a diagnostic test while you wait in our waiting areas.
Do you repair/service Seat or Skoda models? Yes we do, they are essentially Volkswagen group cars, but we also have the workshop tools and Diagnostic machines for these cars also.
How do you compare to main dealers? We are extremently competitive. By bringing your vehicle to us, you do not have to pay the over inflated prices of a main dealer, but your car will still receive the same care and attention if not better with us. Our prices it must be noted are at least 50% cheaper than them.
How do you compare to other specialist indeptent dealers? We have been in existence since 1978, The skills, expertise in the volkswagen field are second to none. Check with other specialists, how long they have been in existence and ask yourself who you can trust.
Can you program and supply car keys? Yes we can, We can supply and program your car key to any Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda or Seat vehicle.
Can you provide me with my radio code? Yes we can, We can supply and program the radio code for any Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda or Seat vehicle.

Motor Continental has grown a rapid and solid reputation as the best value and most reliable MOT station in the North London area. Our Crouch End testing centre now takes repeat bookings from all over the city.
Our garage has all the latest facilities to carry out the MOT and emissions test for all makes and models including light commercial vehicles and Class VII vehicles can be done by prior arrangement. We are equipped to test both petrol and diesel engines.
Car Body Shop
In our specialised body shop we have the specialist tools and equipment to repair your body and paintwork to the exact standards with which the car left the factory.
Essentially, we offer a one-stop shop for your entire auto refinishing requirements. From that irritating bumper scuff to those small dents that seem to appear from nowhere, right through to panel replacement and heavy impact damage.
Parts Department
If you are looking for anything from a bulb to a gearbox we can obtain the part for you. We have the latest up to date on-line micro fiche software for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. We hold many parts in stock but those which are not available we can source from the factory for next day fitting.
